发票认证实习生

Main Responsibilities 工作职责：

You will be a part of a team providing accounting solutions and financial consulting services to a portfolio of clients. Your day-to-day role will include the preparation of:

作为团队成员之一，为客户提供会计解决方案及财务咨询服务。日常工作职责包括：

Collect and organise the VAT invoices from clients

负责客户增值税发票的收集、归类、整理、录入

In charge of the process of Invoice verification

负责专用发票的认证

Check the accuracy of, and register, the inputted invoices with the order information

负责将录入的发票与客户后台订单信息进行比对登记

Qualification 职位要求：

Bachelor or above in accounting, finance, or students who are in other majors and want to be in accounting

本科及以上学历，会计，财务等相关专业，或其他专业并希望从事会计工作的学生

Good command of reading and writing in English

能够使用英语读写优先

Familiar with Excel

熟练使用Excel

Capable of time management and efficiency

较强的时间管理能力，高效完成工作

Prudent and careful towards detailed information

对待细节谨慎细心

Logical mind, able to draw inferences and find the law

思路清晰，能在大量的数据中找到相同点，能举一反三

工作地点：北京

语言要求：普通话

学历要求：本科及以上学历

工作经验要求：在校生
